No. The score measures how overlooked a market looks (wide spread, thin trading, a frozen price), not how likely any side is to win. Tested against 970 resolved markets, the score alone did not predict outcomes better than chance, so the score never decides what gets real money. It's a browsing aid only.
One thing: favorite-longshot bias in esports/geopolitics/elections/sports markets priced like a classic longshot (H8), confirmed on a sealed holdout. That's the only thing the Plays tab puts a stake on: the favorite, one leg per match, and only when the edge survives the spread and Polymarket's fees. It's being forward-tested on new markets right now -- every pick, wins and losses, is on the track record.
A simulated bet with zero real capital at risk -- what the tool would have done. It's useful for building an honest track record over time, but a winning paper trade proves an idea might work, not that it will work for you at your size and your fill price.
Most commonly: no wallet connected yet, or your wallet is on the wrong network (Polymarket runs on Polygon -- the button will tell you and offer a one-click switch if that's the issue). It also needs a one-time on-chain trading-approval step the first time you use a wallet here; that triggers its own MetaMask prompt before your first real order.
Polymarket has a $1 minimum order size. At a small bankroll and a cautious dial position, a play's computed stake can come out under that minimum -- it's not broken, turn the dial up or check the watchlist for what's close.
From October 10, 2026, orders placed through crabflip (FLIP or submit batch) carry a 0.5% crabflip fee on the order amount, collected by Polymarket on top of its own fees through its builder program (about 5¢ on a $10 bet). It applies to filled orders only, win or lose. Bets you place yourself on polymarket.com, including through crabflip's “bet” links, pay no crabflip fee. Scanning, plays, the track record, and P&L are free. crabflip's stake sizing already counts the fee, so a play only gets a stake if its edge survives it.
That's the only venue this actually pulls data from and can place real orders on right now.
That depends on your jurisdiction and is between you and Polymarket, governed by their own terms -- see the risk disclaimer. Scan and Plays work with no wallet connected at all if you're just browsing.
